Allure Outsource www.allureoutsource.com is a US based IT firm with it branch office in Islamabad. We work on a number of in-bound customer support projects. Currently, we are hiring Customer Support Executive for multiple positions in different projects.
Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Support.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to commute to Phase-4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
Applicants must be willing to work in evening or night shifts and must be able to commute to Bahria Town, Phase-4, Rawalpindi

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
