E-Commerce Support & Operations Executive (International Platforms)

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented E-Commerce Support & Operations Executive to manage customer support and operational tasks across international e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, and similar marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience in international customer support campaigns, and the ability to navigate platform-specific tools, dashboards, and technical workflows.

This role requires night shift availability and a customer-focused mindset combined with practical knowledge of e-commerce systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and operational issues across international e-commerce platforms (Shopify etc.) via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Navigate seller dashboards to handle order management, refunds, returns, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
  • Assist with listing-related issues, account health concerns, policy compliance, and basic troubleshooting within platform tools.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate complex platform or account-related issues to relevant departments when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of cases, actions taken, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and platform guidelines.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities related to e-commerce account management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in international customer support campaigns (BPO or e-commerce support preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Shopify, or other online marketplaces.
  • Ability to understand and navigate platform technicalities, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work independently during night shift hours.

Job Details

  • Salary: PKR 70,000 (starting)
  • Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM
  • Shift Type: Night Shift
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced, international e-commerce operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
