At eyouth, we’re looking for an E-Learning Projects Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital learning projects from idea to launch while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You will work closely with government and institutional partners, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple e-learning projects from scoping to design, production, launch, and post-delivery review.
- Develop and manage project plans (scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources).
- Track progress continuously and identify/mitigate risks proactively.
- Manage scope changes and balance partner expectations with delivery constraints.
- Act as the main point of contact for government and institutional partners.
- Translate partner requirements into clear, actionable execution plans.
- Lead steering committees and stakeholder meetings, providing structured updates.
- Navigate public-sector processes (approvals, audits, procurement, documentation).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including:
- Instructional Designers
- Content Developers
- Video Producers
- Trainers
- QA & Engineers
- Manage external vendors and freelancers (translators, voice-over artists, animators, SMEs).
- Oversee the full e-learning production pipeline:
- Storyboarding
- Scripting
- Video Production
- Interactive Content
- LMS Deployment
- Ensure compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on integrations, features, and bug fixes.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control.
- Encourage the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Minimum 2 years in EdTech / E-learning / Digital Education.
- Experience working with government or public-sector entities (ministries, NGOs, national programs, donor-funded projects).
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
- Hands-on experience across the full e-learning lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of:
- LMS platforms
- E-learning ecosystems
- Production workflows
- Fluent in Arabic (Egyptian dialect preferred) and professional English proficiency.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSM are highly preferred.
