Main tasks & accountabilities

Monitor and ensure the availability of the applications under custody on a regular basis.

Day-to-day applications operations administration (integration, IR handling, user management, etc.).

Manage basic deployments on different environments.

Perform basic troubleshooting and handle operations of various e-Payment systems applications; report any errors or bugs and participate in applying solutions and workarounds.

Review and handle reported complaints and issues.
-
Perform the needed UAT testing for the assigned systems.
-
Good proficient for using SQL for data management and issue investigation.

Develop and run queries to support application troubleshooting, reporting requirements, and routine maintenance tasks.

Use monitoring tools to track database and application performance, generate alerts, and respond proactively to incidents.

Collaborate with different teams (infrastructure, DBA, etc.…) to ensure efficient and secure database operations, data integrity, and optimal system performance.
Education/ Specialization
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline with working experience .

Familiarity with application/systems operation, troubleshooting /investigation

Preferred have knowledge in System Integrations, support

Preferred Knowledge in ESB, TIBCO and DB operation (MS SQL, Oracle)
