E-PTW Coordinator

Purpose Of The Position

As E-PTW Coordinator , you will be part of Project Management within the COMP3 Project.

How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

Permit Management

• Administer and control the electronic PTW system for all site activities.
• Issue, review, and validate permits ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Track suspended or incomplete permits and ensure proper closure.
• Safety & Compliance
• Conduct risk assessments before issuing permits.
• Ensure all permits meet HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Act as the focal point for safety officers, supervisors, and project teams.
• Coordination
• Liaise with construction, operations, and maintenance teams to avoid conflicting permits.
• Support the Control Room/Permit Office in daily operations.
• Provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors on PTW procedures.
• Documentation
• Verify supporting documents (certificates, isolation plans, risk assessments).
• Maintain accurate records of permits issued, suspended, and closed.
• Report PTW-related KPIs to management.
  

What are we looking for?

Education

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline.
• Certification in HSE, risk management, or PTW systems (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).

Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects, depending on seniority.
• Prior exposure to construction, commissioning, or operations environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of PTW systems (manual and electronic).
• Familiarity with EPC project workflows and safety protocols.
• Ability to conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
