Your Impact
Within the E-Business team, The
E-Retail Trainee
will assist in various projects to boost the online business. The E-retail trainee will ensure the consistent maintenance of Dior's brand desirability through high-quality execution across 14 online retailers platforms in 10 countries.
The holder of this position will work closely with various partners, including Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial teams and local markets.
Job responsibilities
Online brand animation
-
Contribute to the development of creative assets (banners, emailers, social media contents) to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Assist in preparing new products’ launch material efficiently to ensure on-time product launches

Work on e-retail animation plans by retailer in line with marketing calendar and covering 360 touchpoints

Follow up with local markets, marketing teams and supply chain on stock allocation and arrival for animations

Collaborate with e-retailers to optimize Dior’s brand space to enhance conversion rates and reinforce brand storytelling

Proactively monitor e-retailer platforms to identify expiring assets, implement necessary enhancements to maintain brand standards
New openings

Assist in opening 3 additional online stores in emerging markets

Develop launch material in accordance with platforms’ requirements

Create catalogs with detailed product information for product assortments

Ensure smooth follow-up and guidance throughout the different phases of the project

Test pre-production pages and provide feedback to retailers to ensure perfect execution of Dior’s guidelines for online visibility
Reporting & Analysis

Analyze sales data by product line and franchise to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities

Analyze the performance of implemented animations and online activations

Monitor Dior's visibility and track competitors on e-retailer platforms

Collaborate on a monthly report consolidating performance data and competitor analysis
Profile
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recently graduated in Digital, Business, Marketing or related field
-
Strong interest in digital tools, and the luxury or beauty industry
-
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Ability to conduct analysis and report

Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel

Fluent in English (spoken & written); Arabic or French is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills
