Early Childhood Centre (ECC) Manager

The Role
A Dubai Nursery is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Early Childhood Centre (ECC) Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of early years care and education. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well?established nursery and play a key role in shaping an exceptional learning environment for young children. About the Role The ECC Manager oversees the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, care, and compliance. You will lead a diverse team, build strong relationships with families, and uphold the nursery’s vision, mission, and values. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations • Lead day-to-day nursery operations in line with organisational values. • Inspire and motivate staff to deliver high?quality teaching, learning, and care. • Maintain strong partnerships with parents and the wider community. • Ensure compliance with KHDA, Dubai Municipality, Food Control, and RTA standards. • Oversee enrolment, tours, and the nursery’s public reputation. • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children, staff, and visitors. • Support social media and marketing content that reflects the nursery’s ethos. Management & Administration • Contribute to policy development and review. • Manage procurement and resource planning. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of staff. • Liaise with Finance, Admissions, HR, Facilities, and Marketing teams. • Maintain accurate registration and fee records. • Conduct risk assessments and uphold health and safety protocols. • Organise nursery events and community initiatives. People & Pedagogy • Provide thorough staff induction and ongoing supervision. • Support planning and delivery of EYFS?aligned programmes. • Review children’s progress reports. • Mentor and coach staff to support professional growth. • Lead reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience We are looking for candidates who bring: Education • Degree in Education or equivalent. • Recognised Early Childhood qualification (CACHE Level 3/5, Montessori, NNEB, etc.). Knowledge & Skills • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. • Knowledge of UAE early years regulatory requirements. • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Experience • Minimum 4 years of early years teaching experience. • Leadership or management experience in an early years setting. • Experience in an international or multicultural environment is preferred. Role Details • Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm, with additional hours as required. • Annual Leave: 30 calendar days, in line with UAE Labour Law.
