Early Childhood Centre Registrar

The Role
We are looking for an organised, friendly, and detail?oriented Early Childhood Centre Registrar to join our team. About the Role As the Registrar, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families and play a key role in shaping their experience with our centre. You will manage enquiries, guide parents through the admissions process, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth running of daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to enquiries from prospective parents via phone, email, and in person. Conduct centre tours and provide clear, friendly information about programmes and admissions. Manage the full admissions process, including applications, documentation, and follow?up. Maintain accurate registration, enrolment, and attendance records. Coordinate with the Finance team on fee collection, invoicing, and payment tracking. Support marketing and outreach activities to promote the centre. Ensure all admissions processes comply with regulatory requirements. Provide general administrative support to the centre leadership team. Build positive relationships with families and uphold the centre’s welcoming, professional image.

Requirements
