Early Childhood Educator

Job Responsibilities:

The Child Care Center Teacher will serve as a caregiver and will be open to working with all age groups, from six weeks to five years. The Teacher will implement the daily program of developmentally appropriate practices and activities for children and assist with identifying each child's capabilities and needs assuring the welfare, health, and safety of the children in the group. Duties include attending required pre-service and in-service training, including, but not limited to SIDS training and First Aid/CPR. The Teacher/Floater maintains compliance with the North Carolina Child Care requirements and will perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

You will be essential in supporting the daily operations of our childcare facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. This role requires core skills in childcare and experience with children, while premium skills such as First Aid and toddler care will enhance your effectiveness. You will engage with children of various ages, utilizing relevant skills in early childhood education and behavior management. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour
