- Application is reviewed and you are contacted to set up a 30-minute initial interview. The outcome of this initial interview is to learn about you and your intentions for your career growth
- Next step is an in-person interview which will be conducted at the school and last about 60 minutes. The outcome of this in-person interview is to learn about our program, our offer, our commitment to our employees and allow you the space to observe the culture
- If an offer is made and accepted, we start the onboarding process. Starting on day on of paid employment, there will be 12 hours of Early Education and Care (EEC) Essentials training (online) and 15 to 20 hours of Primrose Learning Management System (LMAS) training (online)
- Following the first week of trainings, we launch a 90+ day training, Career Advancement Program Essentials for all employees regardless of your education or experience. Following the 90 days, you will be a successful contributor to the Primrose School of Burlington
Pay Range Based on Experience, Education and Certification:- $20 to $22 for a supportive teaching role, the lower end is with no experience in early childhood education and the high end is 3+ years of experience in early education
- $23 to $24+ for a teaching role, the lower end is with no experience in early childhood education and the high end is 3+ years of experience in early education
- Beyond $24 if you have 5+ years in early education
