POSITION OVERVIEW…

• Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher
• Reports To: Center Director
• Job Classification: Full-time Employee, Non-Exempt
• Requirements: Level ll Background Screen

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS…

• Ability to relate positively with young children
• Previous teaching experience in a child care facility
• Excellent communication skills
• DCF 45 hours or CDA
• First Aid/CPR Training

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

• Providing an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity
• Supervising and engaging with children through their daily class functions
• Implementing our faith-based curriculum
• Communicating with families on a daily basis
