Early Years Coordinator (Montessori Stream)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early years/Montessori Coordinator to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will provide academic and administrative leadership to the Montessori section, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning aligned with principles and the school’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Early Year section.
• Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and training to EY teachers.
• Develop, review, and implement curriculum and teaching practices.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and school leadership for effective communication and student support.
• Monitor classroom practices and ensure compliance with school policies and standards.
• Lead parent orientations, workshops, and meetings where necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or related field.
• AMI/AMS Montessori Diploma or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in , with at least 2 years in a leadership/coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of EY philosophy and practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate staff and foster teamwork.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Urdu will be an asset.
