ECD Coordinator

Job Summary

The ECD Coordinator at Kifayat Publishers will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Early Childhood Development (ECD) initiatives aligned with the company’s educational goals. The role focuses on curriculum support, training teachers, monitoring quality of ECD programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and oversee ECD programs, ensuring alignment with Kifayat Publishers’ educational objectives.

2. Ensure ECD content, books, and resources provided by Kifayat Publishers are effectively used in classrooms.

3. Coordinate with schools and institutions adopting ECD curriculum to ensure smooth implementation.

4. Support the development of teaching guides, lesson plans, and activity-based learning resources.

5. Represent Kifayat Publishers in ECD-related forums, events, and partnerships.

6. Ensure all ECD initiatives follow child safeguarding standards.

7. Promote inclusive practices ensuring equal learning opportunities for all children.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in ECD teaching, coordination, or curriculum implementation.

Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and learning resources.

Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
