Early Years School Teacher - ECE Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Home Teacher to provide comprehensive educational support to young learners in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a passion for fostering children's development, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and interests of the child.
• Plan and conduct engaging educational activities, including games, crafts, and exercises, to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Provide personalized one-on-one instruction to support the child's academic progress and skill development in areas such as language, math, science, and literacy.
• Regularly assess the child's learning progress and development, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain detailed records of the child's academic achievements and milestones.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to provide regular updates on the child's educational progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other educators involved in the child's care to ensure a holistic approach to education and support.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and security of the child at all times. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
• Encourage and facilitate parental involvement in the child's learning process through regular communication, feedback sessions, and educational resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably as a teacher or tutor.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education theories, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children.
• Understanding of educational technology tools and resources for early childhood education.
