About Xtend Systems:

Xtend Systems is a growing digital solutions and publishing support company specializing in eBook creation, formatting, publishing, and marketing services. We partner with authors and publishers worldwide to bring their stories to life.

We’re currently looking for an eBook Account Manager to join our team — someone who can manage client relationships, ensure smooth project delivery, and help grow our eBook division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client relationships for eBook projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (writers, formatters, designers, and marketers) to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project updates, gather client feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional publishing and marketing services.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Track project performance, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications).
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Coordination, or Publishing Services.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with eBook publishing or Amazon KDP will be a strong plus.
• Comfortable working Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
