eBook Publisher (KDP / Digital Publishing) - Onsite Night shift (9pm-6am)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced eBook Publisher to manage and publish digital books across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of eBook publishing workflows, especially Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), and a strong understanding of formatting, metadata, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and manage eBooks on Amazon KDP and other digital platforms
• Handle manuscript formatting (eBook and paperback) and file conversions
• Optimize book metadata including titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories
• Upload, update, and manage book listings and revisions
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and publishing standards
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and internal teams
• Track publishing schedules and maintain documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an eBook Publisher or KDP Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)
• Experience with eBook formatting tools (Kindle Create, Vellum, InDesign, or similar)
• Understanding of ISBNs, copyrights, and publishing guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with paperback and audiobook publishing
• Familiarity with book marketing, keywords, and Amazon SEO
• Prior experience in digital publishing or content production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
