Upwork Sales Executive – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition (Night Shift)

As an Upwork Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients on Upwork. You will leverage your sales skills to promote services in Design, Development, Animation, and Video Editing, and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and identify sales leads on Upwork for Design, Development, Animation, and Video Editing services.
• Individual sales target of $2.5k to $5k.
• Create compelling proposals and bids to win projects, showcasing expertise and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.
• Manage and track all client interactions and project statuses in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated with Upwork’s policies and trends in the software & IT services market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably on Upwork.
• Strong sales skills with experience in generating leads, closing deals, and building relationships.
• Knowledge and interest in Design, Development, Animation, and Video Editing services.
• Ability to write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success.
• Prior experience in working with remote teams is a plus.
