About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and confident eBook Sales Intern to support our international eBook sales operations. This internship is ideal for fresh candidates who want to build a strong foundation in digital communication, international client handling, and the online publishing industry. You will be trained on sales processes, lead generation, and customer communication while working closely with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reaching out to potential clients through calls, messages, and email.
• Communicate professionally with international customers in fluent English.
• Understand client needs and support the preparation of tailored eBook service proposals.
• Maintain client follow-ups, sales logs, and daily communication records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with international clients.
• Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, Docs, CRM tools).
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
