About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to support our Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) through comprehensive back office operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless contract management, order processing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The individual will work closely with sales teams and various operational units to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.

What you will do

  • Provide full back office support to sales executives, including contract data gathering and manual scorecard creation.
  • Process and verify contracts and documents, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant teams.
  • Manage service and line activation requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet SLA requirements.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports including MTD, activation, suspension, inventory, and store performance.
  • Create and assure orders using systems such as Oracle (OM), Remedy, and Siebel; liaise with warehouse teams for delivery confirmation.
  • Archive and manage contracts and customer documents, serving as the primary source for original signed contracts in cases involving legal or fraud investigations.
  • Calculate account profitability and recommend margins for promotional items.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Who you are

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong reporting capabilities.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
