We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive eCommerce Account Manager to handle both TikTok Shop and Amazon operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketplace management, creator partnerships, listing optimization, advertising strategies, and performance reporting. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously while delivering consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Management

  • Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations including product listings, pricing updates, campaign setups, and daily performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with creators and affiliates: onboarding, sample management, performance monitoring, and commission tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Seller Managers and creator partners.
  • Monitor GMV, conversion rates, and campaign analytics to optimize shop visibility and sales.
  • Track content output from creators and ensure accurate reporting of results.
  • Oversee logistics coordination to ensure smooth order processing and resolve operational issues promptly.

Amazon Account Management

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts including listing creation, SEO optimization, and catalog maintenance.
  • Develop and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns—bidding, budgets, targeting, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Monitor account health, policy compliance, and resolve tickets or violations before they impact performance.
  • Handle FBA inventory planning, shipment creation, forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with creatives to develop high-quality A+ content, Storefronts, and conversion-driven listing assets.

Cross-Platform Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports covering both platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across TikTok Shop and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, logistics, and finance.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience managing both TikTok Shop and Amazon or similar marketplace environments.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, AOV).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • TikTok Seller Center & Affiliate Center
  • Amazon Seller Central / PPC tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with understanding of content, thumbnails, and listing conversion principles.

Work Hours: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT)
