๐) ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ & ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด
โข Drive online sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across key marketplaces.
โข Manage and update product listings, pricing, discounts, content, and images on the website and various e-commerce portals.
โข Collaborate with marketplace account managers and vendors to resolve operational or technical issues.
โข Lead onboarding initiatives for new national and international marketplaces.
โข Develop and execute campaign strategies to boost traffic and maximize sales profitability on platforms like Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
โข Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling banners, creatives, and promotional materials for digital campaigns.
๐) ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ & ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด
โข Prepare and maintain detailed sales and performance reports using Google Sheets / Excel.
โข Analyze sales data, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to deliver actionable business insights.
โข Present monthly KPI and performance review reports to the management team.
๐ฏ ๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in D2C sales and e-commerce operations (Myntra, Amazon, or Flipkart mandatory).
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding online sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of lifestyle and fashion products and marketplaces.
4. Technologically savvy and highly organized, capable of thriving under pressure in a startup environment.
5. Excellent communication skills verbal and written (English).
6. Proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Zoho, Shopify , and e-commerce dashboards.
7. Must be a sales-driven professional with a data-led decision-making approach.
๐ง ๐ก๐ผ๐ป-๐ก๐ฒ๐ด๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
โข Hands-on experience with Shopify , Google Analytics, and dashboards like Myntra Partner Portal, M-Studio, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Seller Portal, etc.
โข Strong business acumen and data analytics capability.
โข Proven experience in P&L ownership, financial acumen, and budget management.
๐ ๐๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐:
1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-commerce sales/operations.
2. Location: Candidates must be willing to commute to Charni Road (East), Mumbai.
3. Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period will be preferred.
