Position Summary
The eCommerce Analytics Specialist will be responsible for managing both Nespresso-owned and non-owned eCommerce channels, including
eRetailers.com sites, in a B2C and B2B context. This role requires a market expert in web intelligence, business performance, and personalization. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with digital stakeholders within headquarters and local markets to provide insights and support for local eCommerce and web data analysis.

Analyze web analytics data to optimize online customer experience and maximize sales performance.

Quantify the impact of future decisions to advise on possible outcomes and recommend actions.

Conduct thorough analyses of online customer journeys and eMerchandising across Nespresso digital touchpoints.

Utilize techniques such as business rules, algorithms, machine learning, and computational modeling for prescriptive analysis.

Answer critical questions regarding website performance, such as reducing bounce rates and improving mobile conversion rates.

Provide insights to optimize digital marketing channels and support A/B testing initiatives.

Develop personalization ideas based on data insights for various customer segments.

Deliver end-to-end eCommerce funnel analysis with actionable recommendations for eChannel strategy.

Identify potential courses of action to enhance performance across online customer journeys.

Leverage various models to contextualize KPIs related to marketing strategies and customer behavior.

Propose advanced KPIs to monitor eCommerce channels and digital activities.

Validate the statistical relevance of A/B testing and personalization hypotheses.

Build revenue forecast models to address market performance challenges.

Co-own personalization and experimentation streams, supporting A/B test preparation and execution.

Maintain and evolve attribution models to guide data-driven media strategies.
What Will Make You Successful…

Minimum of 2 years in data analysis/data modeling, including clustering and graph theory applications (preferably with eCommerce/web or retail datasets).

Fluent in English is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R), including data extraction, cleanup, and analysis.

Understanding of Google Analytics is essential.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present insights in an accessible manner for non-experts.

Proven ability to foster a data-driven mindset within a company, including experience in continuous improvement and A/B testing.

Strong capability to work with various data sources (SQL, APIs, flat files, etc.).

Good knowledge of at least one web analytics tool (preferably Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase, Adobe, etc.) is essential.

Understanding of web architecture and technologies (HTML, JavaScript) is advantageous.

Experience with mobile app analytics is a significant plus.
