Ecommerce and Retail Business Development Executive

We are looking for an Ecommerce and Retail Business Development Executive to manage online and retail sales, manage retail and online team, identifying new opportunities, developing strategies, managing key partnerships (marketplace and co-branding), analyzing market trends, optimizing customer journeys with marketing/deliveries, and reporting on KPIs, essentially bridging sales, marketing, and operations to expand a company's digital footprint and revenue.

Job Purpose:

• Create and execute plans to boost retail and online sales, identifying new channels and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with platforms (marketplace and co-branding) and other stakeholders.
• Work with marketing and operations to improve the entire customer journey.
• Analyze sales data, market insights, and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Manage product listings, handle client acquisition, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
