Description
About the Role:
Drip Depot is hiring an on-site eCommerce Catalog Assistant to help manage our web based storefront. You'll help keep our online product catalog consistent, accurate, and easy to shop. Every day will bring a mix of writing, research, and structuring customer-facing content as you ensure our website listings are accurate, complete, and well-presented.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys focused, detailed work - researching product information, managing spreadsheets, managing data, and communicating with a friendly, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the SKU lifecycle: new item setup, attribute enrichment, taxonomy/tagging, unit of measure, images/documents and any other product-related content

Perform regular audits of existing product listings to ensure consistency and completeness (broken links, platform compatibility and cross browser validation)

Maintain and manage large online catalogs of products and their assets (images, PDFs, videos) across multiple categories

Take charge of the creation, process, maintenance, and accuracy of all product data, with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and specifications
Skills:

Data Maintenance:

Help create standards for presenting products online

Create and maintain in-house style guide

Assist with consolidating and organizing products into appropriate categories

Audit existing products and categories to ensure proper placement and grouping
Web Content:

Identify gaps in product data and work with manufacturers to acquire missing product attributes

Experience navigating and extracting data from complex or incomplete websites
