Ecommerce Executive

We are seeking a motivated and versatile E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WooCommerce or Shopify development, social media marketing, and back-office operations, contributing to our digital growth and smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities:E-commerce Development (WooCommerce / Shopify):

• Manage and customize WooCommerce and Shopify online stores.
• Add and update products, manage inventory, set up payment and shipping methods.
• Troubleshoot website issues related to themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and SEO performance.

Social Media Marketing:

• Plan and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
• Engage with customers via social media channels.

Back Office Operations:

• Manage order processing, invoicing, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate product and customer records.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer data.
• Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in WooCommerce or Shopify development.
• Experience in social media marketing and paid campaigns.
• Understanding of back-office operations in an e-commerce setting.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
