Ecommerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage product listings, orders, and day-to-day operations across ecommerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, hands-on experience with Excel functions, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product cataloguing across ecommerce platforms, including uploads, edits, and shipment creation.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings for better visibility and ranking.
• Handle marketplace operations such as order processing, cancellations, returns, and related issue resolution.
• Maintain and update product and order data using Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Monitor marketplace performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions to enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces, especially Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of keyword research and SEO for product listings.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience with other ecommerce platforms (Myntra, Nykaa etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
