FUNCTIONAL AREAS:

A. E-Commerce B2C of UKQB

· Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting

· Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance

· Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition

· Plan

· Re-Platforming website to new CMS, making website mobile capable

· Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance

· Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis.

· Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.

· Ensuring all promotion start and end as per planned.

· Oversee digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media with digital marketing team.

· Collaborate with marketing on content calendars to ensure relevant products are being pushed.

· Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development

· Working towards to achieve assigned sales Target.

· Create and present regular performance reports.

· Developing timescales and schedules

B. UAE B2B Ecommerce Business

· Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability on all marketplaces.

· Liaise with internal departments (such as marketing and sales) to ensure product listings are attractive and competitive.

· Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunities.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the eCommerce marketplace.

· Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences specific to the eCommerce environment.

· Manage relationships with marketplace vendors and negotiate contracts and terms, focusing on eCommerce-specific vendor management.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the eCommerce landscape.

· Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations, especially in the eCommerce context.

· Forecast and track sales trends and profits within the eCommerce channels.

· Develop and manage marketplace budgets and goals, with a deep understanding of eCommerce budgeting.

· Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to senior management, highlighting eCommerce-specific metrics.

· Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms.

· Identify new marketplace opportunities and platforms for expansion, especially within the eCommerce sector.

· Manage any escalations related to marketplace operations, focusing on effective eCommerce issue resolution.

· Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.

· Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.

· Oversee day to day order processing of Marketplaces.

· Ensure that daily site monitoring is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal.
