Ecommerce Executive

1. Website & Platform Management

• Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Ensure accurate product categorization and stock availability online.
• Monitor website functionality and coordinate with the tech team to fix issues promptly.

2. Order & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily online orders — from placement to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure resolution.

3. Digital Marketing Support

• Work closely with the digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Analyze campaign performance and conversion rates.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance.
• Generate regular sales and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for improving user experience and increasing online sales.

5. Customer Experience & Support

• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through online platforms.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
