The organization manages multiple international brands across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, using data-driven insights, advanced tools, and performance-focused strategies to accelerate growth in highly competitive markets.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive with hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing marketplace accounts—particularly Amazon and Walmart. This role requires strong analytical thinking, operational precision, and a results-oriented approach grounded in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management & Operations

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
• Monitor account health and maintain compliance with marketplace standards and policies.
• Execute strategies to improve product visibility, ranking, and conversion rates.
• Stay informed on marketplace algorithm updates, trends, and best practices.
• Use tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, and other analytics platforms to support data-led decisions.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Analyze sales performance, advertising metrics, and account data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance sales growth and ROI.

Soft Skills & Collaboration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable participating in client calls and review meetings.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Collaborate effectively within the team while independently managing assigned tasks.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for product and marketplace growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate preferred) with relevant eCommerce certifications.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon/Walmart marketplace operations.
• Age: Up to 34 years.
• Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Work Schedule

• Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Days: Monday to Friday
