Digital Marketing Executive (Female) responsibilities include:
Minimum 3 -5 years experience
· Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
· Setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Job brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
· Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
· To work on online platforms like amazon and on our own website.
· Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
· Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
· Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
· Designing and implementing a strategic business and sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Be punctual for the timing and honest with work.
· Follow the Company’s rules and regulations and co-operate with the staff.
Requirements
· BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
· Minimum 3 -5 years experience
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
