Ecommerce Intern

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Support product launches by setting up and maintaining item data across multiple marketplaces for Zippo on Amazon, Zippo.com, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok, etc.

• Coordinate cross functional workflows with internal teams (creative, licensing, operations) to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
• Identify and engage with TikTok creators to support TikTok Shop initiatives, managing outreach, communication and tracking content and campaign performance.
• Manage and track content requests including images, A+ content, videos, and catalog updates.
• Audit and optimize product listings for accuracy and consistency (titles, bullet points, images and variations).
• Monitor and update inventory levels for key accounts to support in-stock rates and sales performance.
• Assist with day-to-day ecommerce operations including promotions and order flow coordination.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings as necessary.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel skills like VLOOKUP is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce a plus.
• Must be highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must work well independently, be self-motivated, and reliable
• Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) required.

**This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA**
