We are looking for an
E-commerce Manager
to lead company's online growth. This role is all about driving online sales, enhancing our digital presence, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all platforms—including food aggregators and delivery apps.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to drive online sales and order volume.

Manage and optimize company’s presence on delivery aggregators and the official website.

Create and manage promotions, bundles, and online campaigns with aggregator partners.

Collaborate with marketing to run performance-driven ad campaigns (ROI, ROAS, CAC focused).

Lead implementation of CRM tools to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates, CLTV, CAC, ROAS, and provide insights to management.

Ensure excellent customer journey and online ordering experience across all touchpoints.

Coordinate with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Stay updated with global dessert/e-commerce trends and recommend innovations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.

4 – 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations and growth (preferably in food, QSR, retail, or FMCG).

Proven track record of managing food aggregators

Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and online sales funnels.

Hands-on experience with Shopify/WooCommerce, CRM systems, and aggregator dashboards.

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable results.
