Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and analytics to drive traffic, optimize conversions, and increase overall revenue. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in various digital tools and platforms.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and performance marketing strategies.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook Advertising to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
- Create engaging content for product listings, blogs, and email marketing campaigns that align with brand voice.
- Oversee the management of the website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and SEO strategies.
- Implement marketing automation tools for efficient campaign management and customer engagement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and SEM strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in SEO practices, conversion optimization techniques, and performance marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles is a plus.
