eCommerce Manager

Position Summary

The eCommerce Manager will lead and drive the company’s eCommerce growth strategy for home product across major online platforms. This role is based in the U.S. and is responsible for guiding overseas vendor teams in executing daily eCommerce operations, while focusing on business growth, marketing strategy, product development for eCommerce, inventory planning, and content optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with leadership skills, ensuring that our eCommerce channels deliver both revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s eCommerce presence across Amazon, Wayfair, Beyond and other online platforms.
  • Partner with senior management to define sales targets, growth initiatives, and long-term eCommerce objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for digital expansion and emerging platforms.

Overseas Team Management & Guidance

  • Provide direction to overseas vendor eCommerce operations teams on execution, including item setup, promotions, catalog management, and compliance.
  • Ensure alignment between U.S. business strategy and overseas execution.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent delivery against goals.

Marketing & Merchandising Strategy

  • Define marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and pricing initiatives tailored to eCommerce channels.
  • Work with internal design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities to refine merchandising strategies.

eCommerce Product Development

  • Partner with product development teams to design and launch eCommerce-specific products and bundles.
  • Leverage consumer insights and digital data to inform product innovation and assortment planning.
  • Ensure that eCommerce products are optimized for online success in both content and profitability.

Content & Customer Experience

  • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content (images, A+ content, copywriting, SEO).
  • Ensure that product listings are accurate, competitive, and optimized for conversion.
  • Implement best practices for improving customer experience and product discoverability.

Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Review sales, traffic, and conversion data across platforms; provide insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Benchmark competitor performance and industry trends to keep strategy competitive.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
