Job Title: Website Performance & Customer Journey Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Website Performance & Customer Journey Manager who will take full ownership of the customer experience from the first website session to the thank-you page. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can combine website optimization, buyer journey improvements, campaign planning, and sales strategies to maximize conversions and reduce bounce rates.
The right candidate will not just manage campaigns but also design growth strategies through pricing analysis, discount planning, and user experience optimization to ensure every session contributes to meaningful sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with developers to improve site speed, responsiveness, and technical performance.
· Optimize website UX/UI flows to reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment.
· Scale website performance during high-demand sales and seasonal campaigns.
· Own the end-to-end buyer journey, from first visit through checkout to the thank-you page.
· Work with the CRM team to retarget customers and reduce drop-off rates.
· Ensure a minimum 5% session-to-thank-you page conversion rate, with a stretch goal of 8–10% during campaigns and peak sales seasons
· Design and execute monthly promotional campaigns with targeted discounts across categories, SKUs, and brands.
· Collaborate with the Social Media team to drive qualified traffic to landing pages.
· Partner with the SEO team to increase visibility of landing pages, product pages, and collection pages.
· Collaborate with the Commercial team to negotiate better supplier and partner rates.
· Conduct competitor pricing analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
· Develop data-driven pricing strategies and attractive promotional mechanics to maximize sales volumes.
· Track and analyze website traffic, performance metrics, and conversion funnels.
· Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to measure ROI.
· Run A/B tests to validate pricing, design, and customer journey improvements.
· Report regularly on KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, checkout success).
What We’re Looking For
· 2–4 years in eCommerce, website optimization, or digital growth roles.
· Strong understanding of conversion funnels, campaign planning, and analytics.
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with developers, CRM, SEO, social, and commercial teams.
· Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools.
· Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
· Creative problem solver with a passion for improving the customer experience and driving sales growth.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
KPIs for Success
· Achieve and maintain a minimum 10% session-to-checkout conversion rate.
· Reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment consistently.
· Deliver high ROI campaigns through smart pricing and discount planning.
· Increase organic and paid traffic to priority landing and product pages.
· Improve site speed and technical performance to enhance user experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
