- Manage and optimize paid media budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc)
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite for campaign tracking and insights
- Implement personalization strategies based on user psychology and gifting intent (eg
- , occasion-based targeting, emotional triggers)
- Monitor and improve conversion funnels, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing initiatives
- Operational Excellence
- Lead and coordinate the e-commerce team across delivery, order fulfillment, customer service, and vendor management
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of gifting orders, especially during peak seasons and regional holidays
- Implement dashboards and SOPs for real-time tracking of logistics, inventory, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with production and packaging teams to maintain quality and consistency
- Brand Promotion & Strategic Tie-upsDrive brand visibility through influencer collaborations, corporate gifting partnerships, and seasonal campaigns
- Develop and execute strategic tie-ups with local businesses and premium brands
- Craft emotionally resonant brand narratives tailored to Middle Eastern cultural nuances and gifting traditions
- Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies for long-term positioning
- Product Launch & Catalogue ManagementPlan and execute new product launches aligned with regional gifting occasions (eg, Eid, Ramadan, National Day)
