Role Overview:

As the E-commerce Manager, you will own the end-to-end e-commerce operations from listing to order fulfillment to growth strategy. You will lead efforts to increase online sales, optimize customer experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, logistics, marketing) to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the online sales strategy for D2C website and external marketplaces.
• Manage product catalog: coordinate with design & production teams to ensure listings are up to date.
• Handle inventory forecasting, stock replenishment, and coordinate with operations / warehouse team.
• Oversee order management: ensure orders are processed on time, returns are handled efficiently, customer queries are addressed.
• Optimize user experience on e-commerce platforms: monitor website performance, improve conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment.
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, seasonal campaigns, digital marketing (paid ads, email, SEO).
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, KPIs (GMV, AOV, conversion rate, return rate), and prepare reports.
• Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth delivery, packaging, and returns.
• Stay updated on e-commerce tools, technology trends, and competitor strategies to scale business.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in fashion, Garments industry, or lifestyle.
• Proven track record handling both D2C websites and/or marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra).
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with sales dashboards, Google Analytics, Excel.
• Good understanding of digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage fast-moving processes.
