Ecommerce Manager

Barbara Katz, a multi-brand women’s boutique in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to join our growing web team. With 65 years in business and an expanding online presence at BarbaraKatz.com, we’re looking for the perfect team member to help drive our weekly product drops and enhance our digital shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Management: Work with our remote ecommerce specialist to ensure weekly purchase orders are uploaded to Shopify from Lightspeed.

· Photo Shoot Coordination: Organize clothing and accessories for weekly ecommerce shoots, note model sizing, assist the photographer, models, and stylist + ensure everything is put away post-shoot.

· Website Updates: Add product images to Shopify, coordinate with the remote ecommerce specialist on product details, and ensure all products are ready for weekly drops.

· Customer Service: Handle website inquiries, including customer calls, emails, shipping questions, returns, and complaints. Manage Shopify Chat for real-time customer support.

· Order Fulfillment: Pull online orders from the sales floor and coordinate with shipping dept for shipment. Process all web returns.

· Shopify Maintenance: Assist with collection curation and other Shopify-related tasks to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proficiency in Shopify, Lightspeed POS, Canva, and Klaviyo.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience in ecommerce, retail, or fashion is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
