Summary: Huda Beauty is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and commercially minded eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Marketing, this role will oversee the execution of our eCommerce strategy, manage online sales performance, and drive growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on digital expertise, managing an eCommerce Assistant to ensure operational excellence while focusing on revenue, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration. This position requires someone who is highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable balancing both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

eCommerce Strategy & Trading Calendar

  • Own the eCommerce trading calendar, ensuring all product launches, campaigns, and promotions are planned and executed in line with business objectives.
  • Align cross-functional teams (Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Merchandising, Operations) to deliver seamless go-to-market campaigns.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs including traffic, conversion, and average order value (AOV)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor the eCommerce Assistant, delegating operational tasks (POs, vendor onboarding, reconciliations, QA, reporting).
  • Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear priorities, ensuring timely execution, and supporting professional growth.

Website Experience & Optimization

  • Oversee onsite merchandising, promotional setup, and customer journey enhancements.
  • Partner with developers to resolve bugs and implement UX improvements, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Social Commerce & Affiliate Strategy

  • Lead the growth of social commerce channels, with a focus on TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliates, and live shopping opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales through influencer partnerships, affiliate networks, and live commerce activations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the key link between the Director of eCommerce Marketing and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics to align on stock, pricing, tax, and fulfillment requirements.
  • Provide direction on product/prop requirements for photoshoots and creative campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver regular performance reports to the Director of eCommerce Marketing, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Leverage tools such as GA4, Shopify analytics, and CRM data to support decision-making.

Vendor & Tool Management

  • Provide leadership input into vendor selection, onboarding, and contract reviews.
  • Partner with the Assistant to ensure all new vendors and tools are vetted, onboarded, and integrated seamlessly.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Continuously optimize internal processes, working methods, and customer-facing initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.
