Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order processing, inventory coordination, product listing management, and ensuring smooth fulfillment across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with team and monitor inventory across platforms
• Create and maintain product listings across platforms including eBay
• Handle customer issues, including cancellations, returns, exchanges and reviews
• Monitor performance and generate sales/operations reports while coordinating with internal teams

Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Fresh to 1 year experience can apply
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
