Shopify Growth Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Shopify Growth Manager to manage and optimize our e-commerce operations. This role is focused on improving store performance, increasing traffic, and supporting overall business growth through digital marketing and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) performance
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales performance
• Optimize campaigns and strategies based on performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Experience with digital marketing, including paid ads and SEO
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
• Good understanding of e-commerce operations and customer journey
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram campaigns)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
• Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce growth strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
