Job Title: Senior Media Buyer (PPC, SEO, SEM & Creative Strategy Expert)Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Media Buyer with deep expertise in PPC, SEO, SEM, and content-driven advertising strategies. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—capable of managing high-budget campaigns while also contributing to compelling ad creatives, visuals, and messaging that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels
- Develop and implement advanced PPC and SEM strategies to maximize ROI and reduce CPA
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO optimization
- Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, media buying, and platform algorithms
- Manage budgets efficiently and forecast campaign performance
- Ensure proper tracking setup using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and pixels
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in media buying and performance marketing
- Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and SEM
- Strong experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other DSPs
- Ability to create or guide the creation of ad creatives (visuals, videos, and copy)
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and audience targeting
- Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills
- Experience managing large advertising budgets with measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or agency environment
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms
- Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
