Job Summary

The Sales Manager – E-Commerce is responsible for driving online sales growth by managing e-commerce channels, developing sales strategies, optimizing product performance, and leading initiatives to increase revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Manage online sales channels (own website, marketplaces
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance
  • Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and competitor activity
  • Optimize conversion rates through merchandising, content, and user experience improvements
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Manage and mentor e-commerce sales executives or account managers (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital sales management
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, D2C platforms, and digital marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
