We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Manager for our eCommerce operations at our Rawalpindi office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing eCommerce sales strategies, managing product listings and performance on various platforms such as eBay and Amazon, and leading sales campaigns to drive growth. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales data, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue. The role involves collaborating closely with teams to ensure streamlined communication and business operations.

• Experience in eCommerce management, including expertise in eBay and Amazon platforms
• Strong skills in sales strategy development, lead generation, and email marketing
• Proficiency in data analysis, web research, and tools such as Google Spreadsheets and Excel VBA
• Knowledge of content creation for SEO, marketing, and business management purposes
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
• Previous team leadership experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
