eCommerce Support Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented eCommerce Customer Advisor to support our online retail account. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in English, assisting customers with orders, payments, returns, and general inquiries while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in fluent English.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Resolve issues related to payments, deliveries, and account access.
  • Provide accurate product information and policy guidance.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (eCommerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong empathy skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting online retail or marketplace platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong typing and written communication skills.
