As Ecosystem & Integrations Manager , you’ll own the strategy and execution of our integrations landscape, from identifying the right partners

to closing integration deals and driving successful technical delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of business, partnerships, and technology .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Silqfi’s ecosystem and integrations strategy across payment gateways, ERPs, POS systems, and technology partners.
• Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with ecosystem partners across the MENA region.
• Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle: discovery, alignment, commercial agreement, technical scoping, delivery, and go-live.
• Act as the bridge between business and tech squads, translating partner needs into clear technical requirements.
• Review and explain API & webhook documentation to partners and internal stakeholders (no coding required).
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure integrations are scalable, compliant, and commercially sound.
• Drive integration deal closures, ensuring strong value creation for both Silqfi and partners.
• Track delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies using strong project management practices.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred), Technical Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, technical sales, or solution delivery.
• Strong background working with payment gateways, ERP systems, or POS platforms.
• Proven experience closing integration or partnership deals, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
• Solid conceptual understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration models.
• Ability to confidently engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project ownership mindset with attention to execution and timelines.
