Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in a real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services essential for construction and property development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, service, and delivery time.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable procurement.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and inventory controllers to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Track deliveries and ensure materials are received in good condition and on time.
• Monitor and control procurement costs within allocated budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations in all purchasing activities.
• Assist in vendor development and qualification processes.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchase, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and vendor networks is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle).
• Attention to detail with good organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
