Project Manager
Our client is an EDI & API automation solutions provider helping customers exchange data around the globe. We strive to deliver solutions with human connection – making EDI compliance and complex integrations easy.
Our client is looking for a bilingual (French & English) Project Manager to join the implementation team. Our client's Project Managers are responsible for setting the team’s deadlines and ensuring a successful outcome.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Our client and various participants for assigned implementation projects and take responsibility for project results.
- Act as the trusted partner throughout the life cycle of the implementation process;
- Understand client desired outcomes and manage client expectations through continuous communication;
- Work with all internal and external parties to complete the EDI implementations.
- Lead project information gathering before, during and after implementation project.
- Provide updates in Project Management Tool, and meet with team regularly to discuss high priorities;
- Investigate and analyse customer issues with internal teams to identify root cause of issues and communicate solutions back to the customer;
- Work with end users to ensure user acceptance testing is thorough and complete;
- Communicate and deliver value to our clients throughout their life cycle with Our client by maintaining a regular cadence with them;
- Represent the voice of the client and provide input to internal teams;
- Answer general customer questions about software and tracking their EDI documents.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Build good working relationships internally and externally.
- Ensure the follow-up of operations.
As a Project Manager at Our client, you would be working during standard 9-5 working hours.
IT Project Manager Qualifications and Skills
- Well organized

- Excellent attention to detail
Education and Experience Requirements
- PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of IT project management experience
- EDI project management is an asset
- Understands the business process for ERP Dynamics, SAP business 1
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Excellent command of French and English
