Odoo Implementer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Part-Time Odoo Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Odoo ERP modules for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into effective Odoo solutions. You will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless and efficient transition to the Odoo platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Gather and analyze client business requirements, current processes, and objectives to determine the best Odoo solution.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize various Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) to meet client-specific needs without custom development where possible.
• Implementation and Deployment: Assist in the end-to-end implementation process, including data migration, system testing, and go-live support.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to ensure clients and their teams can effectively use the new system.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide post-implementation support by addressing and resolving client issues, system requests, and minor bugs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process, system configurations, and any customizations.
• Collaboration: Work with our internal team to ensure a smooth project flow and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer
• A strong understanding of Odoo's core modules and overall architecture.
• Excellent business analysis skills to effectively gather and document client requirements.
• Good knowledge of business processes, including accounting, sales, inventory, and human resources.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Odoo certification
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
