The ideal candidate will lead the launch and growth of Firstpost’s Lifestyle & Culture vertical. This role combines creative direction, editorial storytelling, and execution to deliver monthly marquee covers that resonate globally, grow audiences, and open sponsorship opportunities across Instagram, YouTube, and Firstpost.com—including the launch and scaling of new YouTube channels. The role also involves conceptualizing content, building vertical-specific formats, and driving editorial innovation across digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Set the creative and editorial vision for Firstpost Digital Covers, including content themes, narratives, and formats.

Lead end-to-end execution of monthly covers, from story conceptualization to design, production, and launch.

Build and manage a hybrid team of in-house and freelance talent across creative and editorial functions.

Drive reach, engagement, and monetization through platform-specific strategies, including the launch and growth of YouTube and social media channels.

Oversee content development within Lifestyle & Culture verticals, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation in storytelling.
Key Skills
